Hashbrown Casserole
32 Ounce Bag Hashbrowns 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup 16 Ounce Sour Cream 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese - Shredded
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese - Shredded 1 Jar Bacon Bits
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees, grease a large pan.
Allow hash browns to thaw.
In large bowl mix hash browns, soup, sour cream and 1/2 cup of each cheese.
Sprinkle in bacon bits. Empty mixture into pan and spread out.
Sprinkle top with remaing cheese and bacon bits.
Bake for 30-45 minutes. Serves 5 |
