Pork Steaks
4 Average Size Pork Steaks Italian Bread Crumbs 1 Can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup 1 t Garlic Salt 1 Heaping t Lemon Pepper 1 t Seasoned Salt
1/3 Cup Virgin Olive Oil 1 Cup White Wine
Preheat oven to 350F. In a large casserole dish, place the pork steaks side by side.
Sprinkle liberally with bread crumbs.
In a mixing bowl combine the remaining ingredients.
Mix well and pour over the pork steaks.
Bake, covered, for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Serves 4 |
