Meatloaf and Potatoes
1 Egg 1/4 Cup Milk 2 Slices Bread - Cubed 1/4 Cup Onion - Finely Chopped 2 T Green Pepper - Finely Chopped
1 t Salt 1/4 t Pepper 1 1/2 Pound Hambuger 1/4 Cup Ketchup 8 Medium Carrots - Cut Into 1" Chunks
8 Small Red Potatoes
In a bowl, beat egg and milk.
Stir in the bread cubes, onion, green pepper salt and pepper.
Add the beef and mix well. Shape into a round loaf.
Place in a crockpot.
Spread ketchup on top of loaf, Arrange carrots around loaf.
Peel a strip around the center of each potato; place potatoes over carrots.
Cover and cook on high for 1 hour.
Reduce heat to low; cover and cook 7-8 hours longer. |
