Stuffed Green Peppers
2 Pounds Hamburger 1 Onion - Chopped 1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese - Shredded 1 Clove Garlic - Minced
1 Box Beef Rice a Roni 5 Green Peppers
Cut green peppers in half, remove insides. You may boil them until tender if you choose.
Brown meat, onions and garlic.
Simmer 15 minutes. Add Cheese.
Fix Rice a Roni by box instructions.
Mix meat and Rice a Roni.
Top with more cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. |
