Steak and Potato Soup
1 Pound Sirloin Steak - Cubed 4 Medium Potatoes - Cubed 4 Medium Carrots - Sliced 1 Small Onion - Chopped
1 Stalk Celery - Chopped Parsley to Taste 1 1/2 Large Cans Beef Broth 1 1/2 Cup Tomatoes - Crushed Salt and Pepper to Taste
Brown steak and add the next 5 ingredients.
Cover with water and add beef broth and tomatoes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Simmer covered, till tender. |
